LLY torque & horsepower

GM is now listing the LLY horsepower at 310 & torque as a best in class 605 lbs for 2004 fullsize pickups. Is this the torque & HP rating that applies to all 2004.5 LLY's?

When I bought mine March 1st it was supposed to be 310hp and 590 lb/ft torque

2004's arent the LLY
2004.5's are the first LLY's at 310/590
2005 LLY's are bumped to 605 tq
