I waited on a relay from the dealer for a p0540 code for 2 months (air intake heater "A" circuit).They installed it.It lasted one day without a code and now it has three. The P0540,P0101,and a P0380 code. When I called back I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and that I could use the truck if it started.(It has been below 0 overnight here) It has been starting allthough not easily. I also notice a loud ticking noise on accelleration that was not present before. Am I damaging injectors or something else by running the truck? All the codes have been cleared and all mods have been removed and the truck still codes. Thanks
