Pewter to Black Flares

I want to change the pewter flares to black. Does anyone know part numbers and perhaps how much the black ones are from the dealer? I want the pebbled finish as opposed to smooth, which rules out many of the aftermarket flares. Some people want monotone, some want contrast. Can't we ever be happy? :D
