I am looking for a cleat/Mooring bit/bollard type of tie down. Something that goes into the stake pockets and has something similar to a "T" sticking up. Has anyone seen something like this?

Anything close would be appreciated. I like to be able to tie right to something like that. I do not like the rings...

Jed, thanks I searched and never saw those. Unfortunately I will not screw into the rail of my truck. I should have been more descriptive. I would like cleat/mooring bit type of tie down that get's anchored in the stake pocket and is stationary.
I think I saw them once....

If you can't find one you want, you could easily manufacture a stake pocket base to mount the cleats to...
