Spare tire holder

I went ahead and bought 5 new rims and tires,(gotta look good even after a flat! smile.gif ) Problem is, the new rim center hole is 5" in diameter vs 4.5" stock. The spare tire holder barely spans the larger diameter. Any ideas on how to modify the existing wing or replacement options? Note: The 5 tires and rims will go into regular rotation, it allows me to extend the time between tire changes by 20%, always looking good is just a side benefit. ;)

I would suggest a bolt on extension of some sort...probably home made.

I was thinking that if the "wings" are indeed wide enough for the 5" hole and it's only a centering problem, you could make up some kind of "hub adapter" to keep it centered on the hole in the rim.
