I installed a 57 gallon Utilmaster tank in the bed of my truck a week ago and finnaly got it all plumbed and wired up..the roll over valve was already in the grumman tank..

I ordered the Transfer Flow filler neck and used the fittings on it to fill my OEM tank with the auxillary tank..

mounted 2 switches at the bottom of the dash, one controls the shut off switch-valve and the other controls the electric transfer pump..

Everything cost alittle over 200 bucks and works most excellent..I got the tank for free..

I am pumping the fuel out of the top of the auxillary tank into the OEM tank..This system is as close to legal as I can make it..

Just flip the switches and watch the fuel guage go up... smile.gif

You have to be careful because the fuel gauge does not respond too quickly. It does have quite a considerable delay to it. When I fill up with the truck running and keep an eye on the gauge the nozzle shuts off and the needle is still under half. If I turn off the key then restart the needle jumps right to full.I guess it is so fuel sloshing around does not make the needle move constantly. Be careful that you don't overfill the main tank.

Good luck and let us know how the set-up works down the road.

Thanks, I had already considered that..Mine refills the OEM tank with only 5 lbs of fuel pressure and slow transfer rate..It fills slow enough to see the guage move..

The OEM tank is vented to the upper tank so over filling wont be a problem as long as I keep the fuel cap on snug...
