Seat Covers Unlimited - Miami - CAUTION

I've purchased seat covers from Seat Covers Unlimited from Miami as have many others on this page. The last couple of transactions have not been what they used to be, and now I have a transaction with them in which they have double charged my visa for the same order, not shipped the order apparently, and are not responding yet.
Caution might be advised in dealing with these people who have pulled their phone number from their web page. VISA will investigate and charge it back, but it is a hassle. Be forewarned.

I ordered the incorrect cover (my fault) for my rear seat, and had to fax, call, fax call etc. to get things straight. I now have the correct rear covers, but oversized headrest pads.

Covers themselves are quite good.

I'm in the same boat. I had the covers in just under a month and a half???? They had said they would put on some lettering and that fell thru. I just sent back(10/11/02) the front covers and the back head rest and I'm still waiting on them to fix them. Yes, watchout for these guys. The sad thing is the covers are made somewhat good? Its just to bad they can't get there act together!!!
