Newbie Question

I've been reading here for quite some time. I finally bought a DMax. I have read post after post trying to figure out if these Hummer wheels & tires would fit on my 04,CC,SB,4x4
The wheels are:
Wheel Size, 17 x 8.5
8 Lug on 6.5" Bolt Pattern
Back Spacing, 5-9/16"
Wheel Offset, +20mm (Positive Offset)
Hub-Hole Diameter, Aprox 4-5/8"
The tires are:
285/70QR17
What mods would be required for this combo? Trying to keep the height within reason to stock but want some more width.

I don't have the set up, but from what I remember all you need to do is crank the torsion bars about 1.5 - 2 inches, trim the front air dam at the corner at a 45 degree angle and tie back the driver side wheel well cover with some zip ties. Correct me if I'm wrong guys.

On edit, you MIGHT need to move the front bumper forward a little. But I'm not sure.
