Door Handles and Inserts

IIRC, someone replaced their door handles and inserts with ones from a Tahoe. Seems like they came pre-painted. If this is true, I would like to get the Lt. Pewter ones for my c/c.

If someone did make this switch, how did it go? How much for the parts and how difficult to make the swap?

I did the Escalade handles with the chrome grab bars. I had the buckets painted. I put on the C3 tailgate handle which was pre-painted, but if you are picky, you may want to sand the wrinkles out of the gate handle before painting.
