Finally put on my 19.5 Rickson Eliminator Polished wheels - single rear wheel vehicle. Put 245G (14 ply) Toyo's on them with 50 lbs of air when unloaded (vehicle weighs 9200 lb unloaded anyway. Rides very nice, does not appear any harsher that the 305X16E. Nice looking wheel when is getting long stares from most truck fanatics. As soon as I wash truck I will post a picture. I think this is finally the answer to the tire and wheel problem for trucks that haul weight or carry a heavy camper. Will post any drawbacks I encounter, other than $.

Thanks for the update gardnerteam, keep us posted. BTW, do you think that set up would fit on a stock height truck?

Yes, I think they might without any trouble, or at the very worst, with cranking the torsion bars a little. The tires are narrower than 285x16 or 305x16, and maybe slightly a bit narrower or close to the same as 265. I do have a 4" lift, but had extra clearance with the 305's, and had scads of clearance with the 265 winter tires I run. The 245x19.5 seems to have even more clearance than the 265 winter tires which were on stock PYO rims.

Sorry - just haven't had time to get the truck washed (twice a year at best) or find the digital camera. Finally got my road paved yesterday so no more excuses. Am off to Mexico again in a couple of weeks so will try to get it done before I leave. Some one is going to have to tell me where to learn how to post pictures as well. I maintain & drive the truck, shoot 35mm pics in the jungle, but am not computer literate (some will say I'm not even literate).

gardnerteam,

WEBSHOTS (http://daily.webshots.com) is one site where you can set up an account to host your pictures. Webshots offers free basic accounts. If you click the link, look in the upper right hand part of the page for the free account SIGN UP link. They have a program that you install on your computer to simplify uploading pictures and creating albums.

The links in my sig are for Webshot albums. PICTURETRAIL (http://www.picturetrail.com/) is similar service, but after 1 month you have to choose to upgrade - or your account will eventually be phased out...

If you like, email me a few pics and I will temporarily host them in one of my albums until you have a chance to set up an account.

Saw a stock Duramax dually with no lift with the 19.5's. Fit just fine. Had the Alcoa classis 10 hole aluminum wheels. Looked sharp!!!

gardnerteam,

I just checked Yahoo's email server and did not receive your email with the pictures. I did notice that a number of items in my inbox 'disappeared' without being deleted????

Please resend the pictures, and be sure to use a hyphen between mdragosl and TDP:
