Yes, plug them in....

The red/yellow wires are for right or left turn signal input and marker lights. They will connect to lead wires on a Body Control Module connector behind the knee bolster panel.

There's a good thread back a couple of months about making those connections. Seems some of the early trucks used a different BCM wire color than what was specified in the TTT install guide from last year.
