Finally,i found out what the problem was.The orange wire coming from the oil pressure switch connector was wired into the ECM-B fuse from the fuse panel under the hood,and from there the orange wire lead up to the fuel pump relay.I separated the wires and now the truck shuts off everytime i want it to.
