I had a customer box built to fit behind my rear seat with 2-polk 10" subs installed. It really makes a big difference in the sound!

Doug at www.auto-d.com (http://www.auto-d.com) makes a nice box for behind the 60% side. Fits 3) 6.5" drivers.

Blueox03 also does some custom JL and othetr brand stuff.

I used a box from Pro Box Rocks (http://www.proboxrocks.com) and was pleased. The box I bought was for a single 10". Fits perfectly behind the back seat.

I have 2-12" Diamond Audio Subs in a nice enclosure behind my back seat. There is a metal bracket that was down low behind the seat along with a carpeted flap that covered more space and it was all removed to fit the box. The Audio shop that did it spent two days on it. One to design and one to build. It sounds incredible. If you're looking for boulevard cruising, low rider rivaling bass, you're not gonna get it. If you're looking for clean, crisp, loud and accurate bass which covers lows as well as good mid-bass, then 2-12's are great. I had another box behind the seat housing 2-10's and it hit very hard, but no low freqencies could be heard.

I bought one off of an ebay store. My write up and photos on my lil install is on my website.

I did mine on a budget at the time, looking back, I would probably purchase a PAC converter instead. Either way, I am content, and that is what matters. smile.gif

I got it from ATS turbo. I called their 800 number and ordered it as they didn't offer an option to order online.

It is fine being mounted up there as long as you dont plan on looking at it all the time, otherwise, it requires moving the eyes from watching the road.

My setup is in my pics. There are many options, but not a lot of room.
