wiring diagrams - computer reprogram?

Does anyone know where I can get a set of wiring diagrams for the 2004 Silverado?

Also, does anyone know if it is possible to get/install the steering wheel buttons if I don't already have them? I would like to access some of the DIC functions like MPG and such.

I forgot to ask about the computer reprogram thing. Will reprogramming the computer allow me to use the steering wheel buttons if I can actually find someone to supply them (and wiring harness)?

You can get GM Service Manuals (5 Volume set) from www.helminc.com (http://www.helminc.com) for $120.00. These manuals include schematics.

Can't help you with the DIC steering wheel control mod... Try JPCustoms.com (http://www.jpcustoms.com/store/customer/help.php?section=contactus&mode=update). They may be able to help...
