Aren't those 17"?

If so, plan on a 285/70-17.

If you want to start trimming plastic, and cranking your torsion bars to the point where the suspension is harsh, and the geometry is out of whack, you can fit 315/70-17 (stock tire on the H2). But, you'll have to get 1-1/2" to 2" of height out of the torsion bars.

On edit: My bad! I didn't read your post close enough to realize it was a 2wd. Forget about the 315's, and if you're LUCKY, the 285's will fit. The 285's are just shy of a 33" tall tire, and the 315's are nearly 35". You may be better off trying a 265/70-17 (31.8" tall).

2WD and 4WD shouldn't matter as far as a tire size fitting or not. They are the same underneath minus the front diff and axle shafts.

A 33X12.5X 17 is the same height as the 285/70/17, but 3/4" wider. Those should fit fine. I lowered my t- bars all the way for racing and mine (33's) rubbed on the mudflaps when turned....that would be easy to fix.

I have 285/70R17 on my truck. I had to use wire ties to get the fender liner out of the way, and I raised the torsion bars by ~3 turns. They look really nice, highly recommended.
