I know a couple of you guys changed your chev`s over to the gmc chrome. I cant find the part numbers anywhere. I want the side chrome mouldings off the 01-02 not the 03. In 03 they shortened the chrome and it doesnt go to the box? Anyone know the numbers or where I can find them without going to the dealer? There are 4 pieces on each side. Oh yeah- I`m looking for the crew cab chrome. Thanks

Don't know the part #. Any good body shop should easily be able to find out, and probably get them for you at a good price. My local GMC dealer body shop manager had a look at mine after a little banger-upper. He said that the moldings are reusable if they are removed properly, and installed with the right adhesive tape.

I agree on the look of the molding. I have an '01 GMC and I think the molding looks tons better than the '03 GMC and any Chevy. I may be biased. The '03 GMC front end is very appealing, though. I like the way mine looks, but I wouldn't loose any sleep if I had to switch.

BP, I have em. I will try to dig up the invoice. I had them shipped from a dealer way down in Florida. Price with shipping was much cheaper than any local dealers.I think it was Reno Dmax that turned me on to the dealer.

No problem, you will like the results....sooo much better than stock. One thing I recommend is using an eraseable marker to outline the tops of the stockers before you remove them for reference to place the new ones.

If you have 2002 don't just stop at the moulding replace the doorhandles with Caddilac Escalade doorhandles as well. that make for a very smart appearance. Stu
