I have one to, but some of the welds have come loose on mine. Would make a decent boat anchor.

I'm towing a 32' trailer with my 3500 CC and am afraid that the factroy hitch will not be up to the task. I notice you have the Titan. The other extra heavy hitch I've seen is a round tube hitch by Hidden Hitch. The other difference I see is the Titan is a 2.5" receiver. Since I already have all my brand new hitch gear I would hate to throw it away, so I would have to use the 2" to 2.5" adaptor to use the Titan.

Any thoughts on using the adaptor?? With the same rating the Hidden Hitch seems the easier choice but I wonder if the Titan is really that much stronger.

I didn't look at the Hidden hitch set up so I can't comment on them. The reason for the Titan it two fold, they make an extension to I can tow my 4 place sled trailer with the camper on and second I got a deal on it. They have an extension bar that will work up to 4 feet. For about $15 you can by a 2.5"> 2" adapter so you can use your old inserts. If you are using the extension you wont need the adapter at all. The total install took about an hour with air tools. The hardest part was making mods to my tork lift camper tie downs.

IMHO, the Draw Tite 41xxx series hitch is all a guy needs. These hitches weigh in at approx 70#.

In time, I too will have a factory hitch to peddle.

Looks like the factory wiring socket transfer will be a PITA though???

I replaced mine too. The welds came loose and my hitch was almost vertical. Warranty would not cover the welds so I bought a new aftermarket Reese. They had Gm hitches in stock too... but I didn't want to replace again in a year.
I just left mine at the dealer.

The factory unit is CHEESY all right. Mine looked the same when it came off.
