Smooth Bumper Cap P/N?

I'm looking into painting my front bumper cap. Do you know if there is a "smooth" ready for painting cap available? I'd appreciate a part number if available.

Thanks. I had done a search also and found the same post. I had seen some painted bumper caps on other trucks and they were completely smooth. I'll ask my paint guy if they sand the caps.
