Question for Mito bracket owners

Did you use the included screws to mount the bracket? If not, how did you mount the bracket?

If you are referring to the DVD bracket - yes, I used the supplied fasteners. I removed the inner liner portion of the console to mount the bracket. Take out the thin rubber pad from the bottom of the console, remove the four bolts, and the inner part of the console/lid should slide out.

I forgot to mention there are 4 screws around the top perimeter of the console insert that need to be removed in addition to the four bolts on the bottom of the inside console.

Also, if you look carefully at the 5th picture in the Center COnsole Mods album, you can barely make out the 120V outlet in the same location where the 12V outlet would be located inside the passenger front of the console (next to the coin holders).

I got the bucket out this morning and mounted the bracket. In addition to the 7 screws on top there are two screws hidden behind the rear cup holder that are a B%^&* to get out. I was wanting to put the 12V power plug in the console. any ideas on where I should get my power from?

I recently noticed a small crack in the plastic male fitting that attaches to the bottom of the DVD player. I sent Mitocorp an email asking how to obtain a replacement.

I received a prompt email reply, followed up by a phone call. The correct replacement part was quickly shipped. GREAT customer service!!!!

BTW, I bought the DVD bracket from them on 07/06/01, and www.MitoCorp did not charge me for the replacement! :D :D
