03 Brake controller problems

Hi all I'm haveing a huge problem installing a brake controller. I have a 03 cc dually, I took the controller out of my 01, switched the wire like i read and bam nothing. Heres the kicker now my 3rd brakelight dosen't work. If you press the brake pedal the taillights work but the 3rd dosen't, now if you press the slide ont the controller only the 3rd brakelight lights up. I tested all the wires on the harness and cant find a brake switched wire.

Im pretty good with wiring and this one has stumped me. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as the world of wheels is friday and i have cars to tow in.

Did you do a search on this site for info on 03 trailer brakes? I have an 03 and used my old harness with the single wire swap- no problem. Sorry can't be more help.
