Coldfront,

Check the second or third link in my sig for the mudflap album. I custom fit my own from heavy truck 24" x 24" flaps. They were $11.50 pair for the SafePass 175 I used on the front of the dually wheel opening, and $19.00 pair for the SafePass 375 for the rear of the dually wheel opening:

Not a difficult project once I figured out how to cut the flaps to fit the fender lip/fender liner and get the flaps to lay flat. The pics show how to make the necessary cuts. It was easier to do the front part of the wheel opening WITHOUT a bracket, and if I was doing it again, I would not use brackets on the rear of the dually wheel openings.

Many options exist for flap weights since 24" x 24" is one of the standard sizes for heavy truck flaps. Weights are not needed since these flaps bend very little at highway speeds, but depending on your personal opinion of what looks best....

Stage 1 posted part#s for GM molded front/rear flaps for the 3500. Search the Accessories forum and you should find more than a few discussions on mudflaps. Good luck.
