Door Sill Plates

Does anyone know how to remove the door sill plates on an extended cab silverado? I need to run some power cables and coax from the firewall to the back seat.

just pull'em up!!!!

Thanks for the reply. I guess they just snap on to a frame on the floor?

yeah they just have plastic posts that protrude downward and snap into the floor of the cab w/ metal retainers. I slid a flathead under the outside to the middle and pop'em up. after you get them up make sure all the retainers stayed on the plate. some usually get stuck in the slots in the floor.
