Well I made it into the 200K club over the weekend.

I still have not had to open the engine up for any internal wrenching. I still have the factory starter, vacuum pump (I think its going to get swapped this week though), timing chain and water pump. I will replace the timming chain if the water pump goes. I still have the factory injectors (yes then need to go redface.gif )

I got a new warranty replaced injection pump at about 93K miles and it runs great still I replaced the FSD once but I don't think it was needed because I still had the issue till I fixed some bare wires (search for "FSD didn't fix it").

I have replaced the OPS, one set of glow plugs, lift pump and a pile of alternators.

Body stuff door hinge pins/bushings (need to do the drivers side again), inside door handles (still have to do the left rear, outside door handles both front doors, multifunction switches 2x and head light switches (the fix is to run the park lights off a relay rather than straight of the headlight switch like GM runs them).

I hope to go for another 200K :D ;)

I broke the 200K mark last week. I'm sitting at around 200650 on my '99 Sub. As a reward I got a SES light. Gotta figure it out.

My son now has my 87 Sub, you might remember thats the 1/2 ton that pulled my 35ft. trailer over the devide for the first Rendezvous, with over 230,000 and counting and just passed Jersey inspection for anothr 2 years. The engine has never been opened and only one water pump and a few sets of plugs so far.
The truck will have a quite life from now on as he just got a new Harley.

Just turned over 258,000 miles last weekend on my 96 Suburban 6.5 TD 4X4. Purchased at 93,000 miles and replaced many alternators, 2 radiators, a/c compressor 3 times, injection pump 3 times, PMD many, many times (I keep 2 new ones in the console). Engine has never been opened but has been making weird clanking noises of late. Have religiously used Mobil 1 Synthetic since I purchased it.

I will be joining you guys in about 2 weeks. If I get my transmission problem fixed, that is.
