Quick question:

Anyone know where I can get an adaptor that will help when fueling with the larger diameter high flow diesel nozzles in use at the truck stops?

Thanks in advance...

TransferFlow makes a fast fill neck kit that is about 85.00 or so and EASY to install yourself.

Hound,

Thanks for the info. I was hoping for something less expensive. I heard that a gizmo that someone designed out of PVC pipe was profiled in Trailer Life magazine a while back.

Maxed out, There was a good description someone gave awhile back on how to remove the fillerneck restictor. If you do a search you should find it. It was very easy and allows the bigger nozzle to fit although you still cant fill at the full rate, it is better. The best part is it dont cost anything but time.

MAXed OUT,
The gizmo you referred to is;
1 piece of PVC pipe 1 1/4"X 3" long thin wall
1 " " " 3/4 X6" long hvy wall (sch 40?)
1 1 1/4 couplimg
1 1 1/4 to 3/4 reducer
The 3/4 fits in the tank & the 1 1/4 holds the nozzle. Works good.
