San Jose, CA.

Either by 237 and 880 or 85 and 87.

Answering my own question, I found that
Rotten Robbie at the intersection of Lafayette &
Aldo is a good place, 3 diesel tanks, high volume and they get refills at least once a day.

Lots of commercial diesel vehicles refueling there.
