after my 95 gm van 6.5 diesel nonturbo starts the glowplug goes on and off over and over while the truck is running .

2 and there seems to be some sort of fuel leak in the valley between the two heads and drips from around the starter and the trans where the engine and trans meet. But it seems to be coming from the front top of the motor.

3 if I let off of the accelorator to fast the truck will sometimes kill

sorry for the double post but wasnt sure if I posted it in the right place before

an yhelp is appreciated

1. My 6.2 non turbo does the same. I guess it likes to use glowing since the engine temperature will be below the "glowing-limit" a while after it's started.

2. The 6.2 have a rubber hose between the secondary fuel filter (back top of engine) and the diesel pump (front top of engine). Don't know if looks the same on 6.5, but if it does then it might be a weak point in the system were leaks could occur.

3. When did you change the fuel filters? Old filters (that decreases fuel flow) and/or too low idle rpm could perhaps cause this.
