A pass by my usual stations showed me a rise by 8-20 cents a gallon. I miss big Wonderful Wyoming every time I fill up.

Gas and Diesel took another jump here.

Diesel = $1.89

Gas = $2.20 (for the cheap stuff)

I can't wait to get out of this state!

They are all gouging us.there is no reason for that gas to jump up 30 cents in one day espeacially since they are already high.

Funny thing here

When the Iraq thing started gas prices soared. But diesel went through the roof. I was paying more for diesel than I was paying for hi test gas!!! Diesel got to $1.79 while hi test was $1.75

Now hi test is $1.75 again but diesel is $1.40.

What's wrong with these pictures?? :confused:

How do the gas companies expect us to believe things like this are normal supply and demand?? :rolleyes:

The other day I heard a news report that for a price average comparision the most expensive fuel in the country was Phoenix AZ and the cheapest was Charleston, S.C. I was amazed as I can usually go 50 miles in any direction from here and fuel is cheaper. Made a trip inland the other day and fuel was almost a dime more per gallon!! Looks like I'm living in the right place for the first time in my life. :D

Gas prices are adjusted by margin. Simply, raise the price till the proffits dip - then stay there untill you think you can raise um again! Percetion has a lot to do with "Market Price". If everyone is expecting a price increas there will be one. "Wishing for lower prices doesn't even enter into the equation.

And they ALLWAYS go up faster than they come down!

Diesel is about $1.43 here in Tennessee close to Nashville. Premium unleaded is $1.89. Even if Diesel goes up, I'm still better off...when I drive my little VW, 50mpg helps out a lot! :D
