rub-rub-rub

i've gor at new noise at low speeds (5-15mph).
it's a "rub-rub-rub" that correlates to wheel
rotation. i thought it would be a brake problem,
sticking caliper or the like but didn't find it
there. sure sounds like it's coming from the
front. don't hear it until i slow down and apply
the brakes, but when i release the brakes the
noise continues. how can i locate/fix this noise?

Try jacking up each front tire, one at a time, then spin it to see if you can tell what might be the problem.

If this is a 4x4, check to make sure the front diff is disengaging when in 2HI.
