Grease Zerks (spelling?)

Anyone know what the size/spec for the grease zerks are? I finished greasing my truck for the third time. I've got 2 that spit grease right back out the zerk after I take the grease gun off (and yes, I did and do clean the zerks before and after adding grease.)

They are pretty much parts house generic. I changed one of mine & had an old one in the drawer from 10 ? yrs ago that fit.

An old post indicated the zerks are 6mm.

6MM is correct! Hit all mine today as matter of fact. And... MAN was the oil filter on EXXXXXTRA tight for some reason. Guess the longer you go w/o oil changes, the tighter it gets "locked down"
