I had the window open last weekend, 'cause it was 86 degrees, and could hear rattles from the left rear when I turned the corner where I live. Then, I hear them again when I drove down a dirt road in the desert the next day on my way back from a dirtbike ride. I checked that all the wheels were tight, and eye-balled the area w/o any luck. The rattles are still there, anybody had similiar rattles and found them?

Hey torque,

Could it be the empty "beverage" cans in the bed?
:D :D

You more than likley have a rear spring insulator missing from the lower spring leaf. Should be one on each end of the lower spring leaf. Hope this helps.

Are you running custom rims? If so. it could be your hub covers. If it is, remove your rims and use a pair of pliers to bend the bottom lip of the covers where they crush between the rim and wheel. Just 3 or 4 spots is all it takes.

Hey corndog:
That's fantastic, the front pad on the left side, lower leaf spring is missing. Thanks for saving me more agitation of hearing it and not being able to find it.

Hey txguppy:
From long experience, I know what "empty beverage containers" sound like. Besides it's only full ones rattling around that are problematic.

Thanks all for the help.
