order code 5M7 on 2003

5M7 order code is "Upfitter Speedometer Calibration provisions" cost $2.00= tire sizes can be changed via PCM for railroad and upfitters. I think that it is only for the 6.0L not sure on that though.

Buck,
I tried to order that and GM bumped it, saying it was only for railroad workers and upfitters-not available to the general public, or we might put bigger tires on--which we are doing anyway and mentally adjusting our speed. Got stopped doing 51 in a 40 with 47 indicated on 285x16 Goodyear MTR's. I've done the measured miles many times and am off 10%. Got a warning.
