'03 taillights on an '02

Will the new '03 taillights fit on an '02? I saw a pic of someone's '01 or '02 white HD with the '03 "all red" taillights on it, but I don't remember who's truck it was.

I would really like the all-red tail lights if they didn't have those big humps in them. Yuck! They look kinda like those on Jeep Liberty's. I think they were trying to do something to make the back end look more angular like the front of the Chevy's. I think the GMC tail lights stayed the same.

Yes the 03 lights will fit on the 02's, but you will also need a new harness for them.

I have done this swap, its very easy to do and IMO looks better than the tri-color lights.

My "03" GMC 2500HD D/A has regular tail lights,red, clear, amber. No new age bumps. Did I get screwed again? Guess the only ones that will see e'm anyway is the Powder Stoke and Come-on guys anyhow. ;) Kind of think a truck should look like a truck and not some Euro wanabe anyway. :rolleyes:
