Black Frame Undercoat

Has anyone heard of a way to touch up the undercoat on the 2500/3500. While priming my fuel system some Diesel dripped and the frame removing the black crap.
I was hoping someone had a spray or paint on to prevent the rust that will occur.

Boeshield T-09 or Amsoil HD Metal Protectant both work pretty good for this purpose.
