View Full Version : Driveshaft Loops
Does anyone know where we can get a driveshaft loop for our trucks? I would prefer a bolt-on solution versus some kind of welded setup.
Thanks,

Sorry can't be no help, don't know where to look,
Thnx, Gben
I was thinking about joining the DHRA to do some racing with the truck. One of the requirements from their regulations is a driveshaft loop so the truck wont do a pole vault maneuver if the driveshaft breaks and jams into the track at 90 miles an hour.
I have one for my 87 GN but I was hoping to find one that I could bolt on for the truck without extensive drilling or welding.
Anyone else running in the DHRA?

Mike Tomac is running with the DHRA and he dont have a loop on his
I wasn't running faster than 13.99 when I joined the DHRA. Loops are on my things to do list. The track in Lapeer said I need loops if I go faster than 12.99
