Changed my 94 2500 rear drum brakes at Christmas due to a bad axle oil seal. The drum was oil soaked so I used brake cleaner. Now they sound like brakes on a garbage truck squealing real loud at low braking pressure, until I brake hard then the noise goes away. Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm thinking of buying better linings and cutting the drums, even though they don't really seem to need cut.
