Top Speed Duramax

Just bought a new 2006 2500 HD Duramax. Top speed 95mph. Former dodge 6 cylinder Cummings would run away from this Chev after 95. WHATS WRONG?

Speed limiter in the ECM shuts off fuel mostly because the stock tires are rated at 98 mph. I'm sure there may be other reasons, but that's the one I think it is. An aftermarket tuner can help youwith that...once they become available for the LBZ.
