I've got about 80K on the beast and noticed the rear end did'nt appear level. I checked the distance from the ground to the wheel wells and the passenger side is about 1" higher. I know about 25k ago they were within a 1/4" of each other. I noticed the bottom leaf on the passenger side has a decent sized gap at the ends and the drivers side does not. Any input on getting me on an even keel again would be appreciated.

How much fuel in your tank? Empty or full? Full about 200lbs on the drivers side.

Check the front level first. Typcally, the LF is a bit lower causing the RR to rise.

Had same problem with 02 ccd. With or w/o tank full. Dealer said it was with in specs and they could not do anything about it. So I got an Air Ride suspenion kit so I could adjust the air bags from side to side. This ended my droppy spring, and made the truck ride better.

Had the same problem @ 31,000, Dealer told me the torsion bars needed adjusted. He fixed it. Don't know if it's your problem but it worked for me

I too have had this problem and thought it was a broken leaf. When I took it to the spring shop, they fixed by adjusting the t-bars. Turned out that the shop that installed the snow plow cranked up one side and not the other. Since then, I have always installed them myself.

Had a very similar problem, it can be fixed with the torsion bar adjustment. Works every time. Just make sure and drive it after adjusting then remeasure. Very easy to level.

We had ajusted our torsion bars, but it did not take care of the problem until air ride install.

I did'nt do anything but verify tire pressure and drive to the keys and back. Now everything is level again. Could be sensitive to tire pressure as I did need 2# in the drivers front. Later

Sounds more like you found a section of "more level" pavement when you returned.
