Now that I've got the ice off enough to find the wipers, the right one is barely moving 1/4". Left working fine. Is there something that may have stripped during their trying to operate frozen? If so, how do you get these things off?

Thats one of the more common complaints we get this time of year. You stripped the splines out on the wiper arm. You might have some luck by putting an extra squeeze on the wiper arm nut, but damage is done. Arm needs to be replaced.

Crud. Mine are painted to match the truck (white). How do I get it off and is it something the parts house will have or is it OEM only?

Any body tell me how to get the wiper arm off my 2003 3500? Do I just pull, is there a nut or clip or something? Also, is this OEM only or will Autozone or Advance have a replacement?
