Hey everyone,

Man, I love this truck! My girlfriend says that I grunt like Tim Allen when driving, but I swear I'm just clearing my throat.

Anyway, I'm planning on replacing the rear diff fluid after a 600 mile tow with a 7500 pound trailer. I've got a case of Redline 80W140 GL5+ Synthetic.

Is this too high a viscosity for the G80?

I read somewhere that the HD rears that tow should use 75W140. Not sure if 80W140 is too much.

Thanks!

Gary
