DeFeo - Allison Spin-on Filter

I was looking around for a good price on Allison Spin-On Filters (29539579) and found an aftermarket one offered by DeFeo Manufacturing for $5.25. (http://www.defeomfg.com/lt.php)
Anyone have any experience with DeFeo? Anyone know who the OEM is for the Allison Branded filter?

I bought the OEM filters from an Allison dealer for around $7. With all of the info about inferior materials being used in some aftermarket filters I think the extra couple of bucks for the OEM is worth it. I am planning on changing it every 5,000 mi. so $6-$8 a year is no big deal for the peace of mind.

John, I agree on the use of OEM filters. I just ordered some from www.allisonparts.net for $7.60 each.
