A neighbour of mine approached me about delivering and antique tractor (1950 something) to just north of Madison Wisconson this spring. I am interested in the job but since I have never done long distance trucking before, I need some idea what to charge for the trip. If anyone out there has done this type of thing or has any suggestions, could they email me at "thecrafty007@yahoo.com".
I make the trip out to be about 1300 kms one way and I would cross at the Sarnia/Port Huron border crossing. What do I need to have in the way of papers etc. The tractor would already be sold before we make the trip so we would/should not have to return with it.
