I want to put the chrome mouldings on in place of the stock chevy ones. Anyone out there done this yet? How much? Any part #'s?

Thanks for the info. Are you planning on doing yours soon? I suppose they will be as easy to take off as the emblems? I think I will try a local GMC dealer first. Thanks for the part #'s, I'll let you know if and or when I install them.

motovet,

Good deal. Again, I've ordered from Brasington (15% over cost) and they charge very little for shipping.

Are you still planning a trip down here this summer?

Maxed, I am still planning a trip down your way. I will probably know when and where exactly by next week. I called around my local GMC dealerships for pricing on the mouldings but no one could touch the price from Brasingtons. Front door:$27.05 Rear:$27.05 Cab Body:$6.90 Box:$17.60 Shipping:$11.00 Total: $157.20. Ordered today and should have them next week. Now if I put them on straight it will look mint. I thought I would use an erasable marker on the old ones before I take them off for referance.

motovet,

I'm always happy to save a fellow Duramax owner some money. Add it to your vacation mad money!
