Trans fluid recommendations for 4L80E

Im getting close to doing first Transmission service on my 02 2500HD W/ a 4L80E. Most likely going to go with a synthetic. Does any body hav any brand recomendations and or tips on serviceing the trans, thanks.

I would use Amsoil Universal ATF, it is a 100% synthetic and is a group IV oil. Transyd is a group III oil so it is not really a true synthetic, but the government lets them call it a synthetic. Also the Amsoil is at least $8 a gallon cheaper.
