My Allison does not shift out of 2nd gear, any suggestions?

Could be your NSBU switch. It's located under the truck, driver side on the side of the trans.

Mine did that last december except it was not able to go beyond third. I know that a lot of people had that problem.

Your dealer should be able to diagnose this.
