vibration above 62 mph

My 96 2500 6.5 turbo has a vibration that seems to start @ 62 and gets wose if you go any faster. It seems worse with my 1800 lb camper on. The dealer say's it's tires: been rebalanced no change, then rotated no change. Any sugestions?

Drive shaft needs balancing ?

Especially with added tongue weight, your pinion angle changes, hence vibration is amplified.

check the hanger bearing on the drive shaft if your truck has one..... more load/more torque more vibes...... bent rim?
