I replaced the OEM tires on my new '03 with BF Goodrich KO all terrain tires. That's the largest size the dealership said they could reprogram the speedometer for. (It's still 3 mph off according to my GPS). I was also concerned about warranty issues.

I will have almost no load in the truck 99% of the time & will be pulling a 12' trailer with a Kawasaki Mule occasionally.

I can't figure out what pressure to use for those conditions. The tires are load range D, not E as the OEM's were. I'm interested in enough to carry the truck but have a good ride at the same time.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Diesel Duck,

I run 33x12.50x16 on my 95 sub 7.4BB, 3/4 ton, 4x4 and always run the front at 45psi and run the rear at 40psi. I get a good ride out of them and the tires usaully last a good 35,000 miles with 1/4 tread still left on the tire. Good Luck!!!
