hub seal

has anyone ever found a hub seal or is everyone been forced to buy a whole assembly at 200 + dollars????

You think you would fine something that would apply. May not be GM part but hear in Indiana, Fort Wayne there is a bearing shop and thats all they do. Any size be it OD-ID dimensions and same for seals.
Any bearing retail shop around?
The same goes here for springs and other items.
May be if I knew the OD-ID size. Width of the seal casing, I could call and check.
It would have to be right down to the Thous. of inch.
