I have a chev. Duramax 2500 hd with 61000. It has deveoped a
tweaking noise under the dash, drivers side. The noise is very faint and only occures when the AC is on and the veh is moving. Sounds like it might be a breaker of some sort but it has a rhythm to it-- every 20 to 25 secs. Took to dealer, dealer hears it but dont't know what it is . help[ thanks

A "tweaking"???? sure it's not the a/c clutch kicking in and out under the hood. these clutches can get louder w/ age or bearing failures. I had a seat that was clicking one time. the seat heater element was open and the relay under the seat was clicking in and out.

I have an 01 Duramax that has had the same "chirp" from drivers side dash area as you describe. Have never figured it out.
