They were not in too bad of shape. But you can see hot spots on the C2 and C3 plates. The C1 plates were fine, no visible hot spots.

It hooks up nicely and it SEEMS that it is faster. My first impressions were not good probably because I did not know what to expect. The shifts are harder. I thought I would not be able to feel the shifts but that was a false understanding of what the kit would do. On heavy WOT passes the shifts are faster for sure. Normal driven you can barely feel the shifts over how the tranny shifted before. Hope this helps. You can view my Dyno run with Pred on 40 and HJ on 125 here:
