Color mismatch on headliner?

This is for anyone that has the "Graphite" (dark grey) interior color, mine is leather but cloth may be the same.

Even though my steering wheel, seats, floor carpeting & I.P. are "Graphite Grey"; my headliner is "light grey"
the color of film canister top.

My question: Aren't they supposed to be the same color?

My exterior, is it matters, is single-tone "Charcoal Grey Metallic".

I also have the graphite interior with leather seats. My headliner is also the lighter shade of grey. Right or wrong, that's the way they come. It serves to lighten up the cab a bit. I think an all graphite interior would be a bit 'goth'.

I also have the graphite interior but black exterior and mine is the same way, they all are. I also this was kind of odd and I didn't like it at first but now I don't care.

My Truck is this way also...as was my F@rd. They use a lighter color headliner to create the illusion of the interior being larger than it actually is.
